Yoga for Toddlers: Movement and Mindfulness in Motion

Our toddlers yoga classes are a joyful introduction to movement, breath, and body awareness. Through playful poses, songs, and interactive games, toddlers develop coordination, balance, and early mindfulness skills in a nurturing environment. These sessions encourage self-expression and social interaction, laying a foundation for lifelong physical and emotional well-being.

Parents & Toddlers classes are a great way to bond with your toddler in a new and fun way! Stretch, strengthen and teach them how to focus while having fun together.

Kids Yoga: Building Confidence and Focus


Designed for primary school-aged children, our kids yoga classes blend fun with focus. Each session incorporates dynamic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to enhance flexibility, concentration, and self-esteem. By fostering a sense of accomplishment and inner calm, kids learn to navigate their world with resilience and mindfulness.​

MIND YOGA Kids classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays during school terms.

Teens Yoga: Strengthening Body and Mind

Adolescence brings unique challenges, and our teens yoga classes provide a supportive space to explore them. Through a combination of Vinyasa flow, breathwork, and meditation, teens build physical strength, improve posture, and develop tools for stress management. These classes empower teens to connect with themselves and their peers in a positive, affirming environment.
We currently run teens yoga through our high school and outdoor education program.
