Stage 1, EQUILIBRIUM clarifies our stress physiology and focuses on rebalancing our stress hormones, changing an 'OH NO!' negative stress reaction to an 'OK, SO' positive response, in a moment, at any moment, whenever you need to. The tools are presented in a beautiful relaxation and visualisation recommended for use daily for as long as it takes you to master them.

Once mastered, Stage 2 AWAKENING focuses on harnessing our natural brainwave activity to change negative subconscious conditioning and therefore our reactions to the world. The tools are presented in a beautiful visualisation and guided meditation to assist you into deep relaxation where your subconscious inhibitors to success can be reprogrammed for a calm and happy future.
Each session takes approximately 15 minutes just prior to going to sleep progressing with the mind's naturally changing brainwave frequencies.
